但是，企业想拥有优质商标的方法有很多，企业可以通过“商标转让”途径选择具有自身企业含义的商标。通过购买、转让等方式将闲置商标资源盘活，不但可省去查询、申请、审查、核准等一系列程序，还可节省了一到两年的时间。
商标买卖，说白了就如同电脑城买个电脑，在家具城买件家具是一样的商品交易。但是由于商标本身是一种无形资产，全凭一纸证件，非常特殊。
全球最大的知识产权交易平台汇桔网的相关专家表示，商标转让时需要注意以下8大要点：
1，商标转让必须通过国家商标局核准才受法律保护，否则视为无效转让。《商标法》第四十二条规定：转让注册商标的，转让人和受让人应当签订转让协议，并共同向商标局提出申请。受让人应当保证使用该注册商标的商品质量。
2，转让注册商标的，商标注册人对其在同一种商品上注册的近似的商标，或者在类似商品上注册的相同或者近似的商标，应当一并转让。这个也是《商标法》第42条的规定，比如你有3个相似商标，要转就要一起转，不能只转让其中一个或者兩个。
3，商标转让人如果正在许可他人使用其注册商标的，须征得被许可人同意方可转让给第三方。简单的说，如果你有一个商标让别人用了，这个时候，你要转让的话，得别人同意。
